    疗伤时思～～

    有句话叫“不来不知道，一来吓一跳。”，身体的健康，无法掩盖长期对骨骼的损伤。当病症发作，疼痛难忍的时候，方才明白原来过去的10余年来对身体的亏欠。当我们刚刚降临在这个世界的时候，我们身体的一切都是完美的，而恰恰又是生活让完美出现了残缺。
    这次的经历，让我对自己的身体健康有了更进一步的理解，也更明白了享受生活的意义～～
    千万不要等到像我这样，疼痛到达极致的时候才想到保护自己的骨骼，其实生活的每一个细节都在影响着他。他同样需要定期的检查和长期的呵护。
